Membership Consultant

Role Description:
The primary function of the role is to:

  • Generate leads and referrals
  • Sell memberships
  • Process paperwork
  • Visit and conduct sales presentations to local businesses
  • Handling member enquiries
  • Retaining current members
  • Touring prospects
  • Having a great time, whilst getting the job done!

Essential Criteria
(Qualifications, experience etc)

  • Previous experience in membership or retail sales
  • Fun and friendly attitude
  • The ability to communicate with a variety of people
  • The ability to build relationships with prospects
  • Passion for health and fitness

Desirable Criteria

  • Sales experience within the fitness industry

  • Full availability and required to work a rotating roster that will include some weekends.
  • Successful applicant will receive a base salary plus
    commission for membership sales.
