Staff Entitlements

All members with a permanent shift are entitled to free use of the facilities at our sites Staff must use their staff card to access all facilities at all times. This includes before and after your shift as well as when on break.

Please note: Pre-booking into sessions is not permitted. You may enter a group fitness class or play a round of golf only if there is available space This means paying members take priority.

Memberships

Full-timers receive one complimentary membership to use for their immediate family. All staff can nominate up to 3 friends and family to receive a special friends and family membership rate of $9.75 per week. This membership is only valid during the staff members’ employment and will revert to the results membership rate at the termination of their employment.

Learn to Swim & Kids Sports

All staff receive a 50% discount on lessons for the duration that they are in employment. This credit is intended for use by immediate family including children, grandchildren, nieces/nephews to a maximum of 3 children (Note: if you have more than 3 children as per your medicare card then we will provide a discount to all children). The Responsible person listed on the customer account but be the name of the staff member.

The discount is not automatically applied, you must complete the staff entitlements form and indicate which students require the discount applied. Facility and Department managers receive a 100% discount on their first 2 children.

Retail & Cafe

All staff receive a 30% discount on retail and cafe items. The staff member must be present at the time of purchase. Friends and family of the staff member are not entitled to this discount.

Golf

All staff are entitled to free (members) access to our golf courses. They must nominate themselves in advance to receive this access.

Creche

Onsite creche access will be charged at member rates.

OSCH
BlueFit Kids will only charge the amount claimable from CCS.

Sports Camps
Staff can apply for a 50% discount on sports camps.

Birthday Parties

Staff receive a 30% discount on birthday parties. They must pay the full deposit and the difference is payable on completion of the party.

Stadium

Staff can book sports courts at no cost for the purpose of individual/recreational play. As with other bookings this can not be booked in advance.

Retail & Cafe

All staff can apply for $500 of family credit to be applied annually per child. Swim School Managers receive an additional $500 credit a year towards LTS fees. This credit is intended for use by immediate family including children, grandchildren, nieces/nephews.
