Change in management of Salisbury Recreation and Aquatic Facilities
Following a comprehensive public tender process, the City of Salisbury (the city) has selected BlueFit as their preferred supplier for the management of the City’s indoor recreation centres from 1 July 2023 and the aquatic facility when this opens.
BlueFit is a national leisure management partner operating leisure and aquatic facilities in close collaboration with local governments. We currently operate approximately 40 facilities across Australia and pride ourselves on promoting a family culture within our facilities.
The City of Salisbury, Belgravia Leisure and BlueFit are committed to keeping all user groups, hirers and sporting teams informed during the transition process and providing you with relevant information to support the change management process. It remains very much a ‘business as usual’ approach during the transition process and leading up until the change in management.
We are excited about the future of the Salisbury Recreation and Aquatic Facilities and look forward to building upon the community services and foundations that Belgravia Leisure has created in the local community.

In the interim, it will remain business as usual at the Salisbury Recreation Centres.
On 1 July 2023, BlueFit will commence the management and operation of the Recreation Centres.
All confirmed bookings confirmed by Belgravia Leisure after 30 June 2023 will be honored by BlueFit. Over the coming month, we will contact each hirer and user group to confirm ongoing bookings and to ensure our contact information is correct.
The City, Belgravia Leisure and BlueFit are working closely during the transition period to ensure staff are kept fully informed to enable staff to continue their employment at the Centre, under the management of BlueFit, or at an alternative Belgravia Leisure facility, dependant on the preferences of the individual staff members.
Hirers and user groups may continue to contract Belgravia Leisure to confirm bookings up to 30 June 2023. For any requests for bookings after the 30 June 2023, please complete the contact form below
